Package guide

How dynamic attachments work

Applicable content is not chosen after signing: it is determined, checked, and frozen beforehand according to the real relationship.

Public explanation, not a configurator

This page explains the method. It does not select attachments, complete files, or modify signed documents.

01

Facts and relationship

The principal agreement identifies the relationship; age, physical presence, activities, assets, data, payments, health, safety, and other facts determine which modules are relevant.

02

Configuration and checks

Variables activate only approved blocks. Checks must fail when mandatory data are missing, contradictions exist, or a professional, institutional, or administrative gate remains open.

03

Versions and hashes

Before signing, the Sign1 sheet lists the actual perimeter and hashes of the real files, including P7M files where required. Placeholders and blank hashes make the package non-executable.

04

Later changes

A change in facts requires a new configuration and new checks. A signed PDF is never overwritten and acceptance of a later-added attachment is never presumed. Under ConI, changing the single selected host after signing requires a versioned amendment or new package approved by every required party and realignment of institutional documents, insurance, and the complete signed perimeter.

Current public perimeters

These are the current blank-model perimeters, not a statement about any person’s file.

The exact real-estate instrument and mandatory regime remain case-specific; the signed package may differ only after a documented review.

ConM · Membership Agreement

The student-specific package may add or remove annexes only after the project, location, permissions, institutional documents, and insurance have been reconciled.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do all attachments always apply?

No. The applicable agreement, verified facts, and approved configuration determine the perimeter. An excluded attachment is not accepted by implication; a necessary attachment cannot be omitted for convenience.

Can a public blank change an already signed package?

No. The signed package is identified by the documents, versions, and hashes on the signatory sheet. A later change requires a newly verified instance and, when duties or consent change, valid renewed acceptance.

Can the host be changed after ConI is signed?

Not automatically and not through the technical selector alone. ConI identifies one host and the promoter remains distinct. After the first signature, a change requires a versioned amendment or new package approved by the trainee, Promoting Entity or Sending Institution, and affected hosts, with the training plan or Learning Agreement, convention, insurance, safety, notices, locations, tutors, attachments, versions, and hashes realigned. The former package authorises no activity at the new host.

Who decides which attachments to include?

Selection follows from the real relationship and applicable documentary gates. ColivingLiguria prepares the configuration; the person concerned reviews the package; the promoting entity, professional reviewer, or competent authority acts where its role is required.

Does Attachment V concern visas?

No, not in the current public architecture. Attachment V is the defined-terms vocabulary; entry, visas, and immigration stay are handled by Attachment E. Any change of meaning first requires formal reconciliation of the document graph.

Publication boundary

The personal file stays protected.

The website shows only rules, blank templates, and links. Data, selections, identifiers, signatures, personal hashes, and evidence stay in the protected channel.
