Internship Agreement

No. ConI is an internal coordination instrument. Activities may begin only after the applicable framework has been identified and the Promoting Entity has completed or confirmed the convention, individual training plan, insurance, required communications and host eligibility. A blank, review or incomplete package authorises no activity.

No general answer may be inferred from ConI. Any participation allowance, reimbursement or other economic treatment required by the applicable national, regional, educational or mobility framework remains due. The Promoting Entity must identify the regime and complete the economic terms before activation.

No. Any priority or exclusivity arises only from the option expressly selected in the final package and after all stated conditions precedent have been satisfied, including the Promoting Entity's confirmations. The applicable quantitative limit must be verified under the framework governing the specific placement.

No. A deposit is not consideration for the placement and is not automatically forfeited because hours or training outcomes are incomplete. Any retention must have an express contractual basis, concern documented and attributable costs, damage or obligations, remain proportionate and follow the challenge procedure in Attachment F.

The final individual training plan or equivalent document approved by the competent parties governs the placement. The ConI Operational Plan must be consistent with it and may not expand the authorised activities. Any conflict suspends the affected activity until written reconciliation.

The responsible party and the required coverage depend on the applicable legal and programme framework. ConI does not transfer mandatory duties. Before activities begin, the Promoting Entity and host must document the accident and third-party liability coverage required for the entire period and planned activities; missing or inadequate evidence keeps activation suspended.

No. ConI cannot derogate from mandatory law, bind a non-signatory or unilaterally alter a convention, learning agreement or individual training plan. An inconsistency must be reconciled in writing by the relevant parties before the host signs the external document or activities begin.

No. ConI directly incorporates the relevant attachments and does not require a separate ConM. The fully remote branch excludes physical-presence attachments and uses a deposit that defaults to zero but may be configured for a separate documented guarantee; the on-site and hybrid branches include the conduct, property, tools and waste modules. Attachment V is a residual vocabulary module, not a visa module; immigration-specific issues remain in the competent immigration attachment or addendum. ConI nevertheless is not a lease, real-estate loan or accommodation title: any residential availability requires a distinct lawful instrument subject to its own form, registration and mandatory rules.

The Signatory must promptly notify the host and Promoting Entity so that the placement, insurance, records and closing documents can be coordinated under the applicable framework and Attachment T. Withdrawal alone does not cause automatic deposit forfeiture; accrued and documented obligations remain governed by the applicable instruments.

Every ConI retains Attachments D, F, G, H, R, T and Z. A fully remote instance disables Attachments C, L, M, V and W and uses a remote deposit that defaults to zero. An on-site or hybrid instance includes Attachments C, L, M and W directly, without requiring a separate ConM; a hybrid instance must also identify its on-site period. Attachment V is an optional residual vocabulary module, not a visa module. Attachment L always remains in its non-real-estate branch.

Each ConI instance identifies one selected host only. The Promoting Entity or Sending Institution and the host or Receiving Organisation are distinct roles, even where they cooperate on the same training plan. Their eligibility, authority, approvals, and responsibilities must be verified separately under the applicable framework.

No, not under a single-host ConI. A related entity may receive an incidental economic or organisational benefit, but it may not assign or direct activities, exercise operational supervision, act as the operational recipient of the trainee's services, control the trainee, or accept traineeship deliverables. Operational involvement requires an approved multi-party architecture or distinct packages, with the training plan, insurance, safety, locations, data, and intellectual property realigned.

Not automatically or unilaterally. A post-signature change requires a versioned amendment or a new package approved by the trainee, the Promoting Entity or Sending Institution, and the affected hosts as required by the applicable framework. The Learning Agreement or Individual Training Plan, convention, insurance, health and safety, mandatory notices, locations, tutors, attachments, versions, and hashes must be realigned before any activity at the new host.

No. Missing, expired, contradictory, or inadequate conditions suspend the affected activities and require correction, approval, or closure under the applicable framework. ConM is a separate non-internship participation instrument and cannot arise automatically, cure an invalid placement, or authorise internship work without a distinct informed agreement and its own lawful conditions.
