What is the difference between 'Commercial' and 'Hobbyist' use for services?
Commercial use is a business relationship with VAT and invoicing. Hobbyist use is for personal, educational, or cultural purposes with no profit motive. The regime is defined in your main agreement.
Can I work for the Company in exchange for my stay (Barter)?
No. Any form of 'labor exchange' or barter is strictly prohibited. Access to services never constitutes compensation for work performance. Any collaboration must be purely voluntary and unrelated to your fees.
Who belongs to the 'Circle of Proximity' (Cerchia di Prossimità)?
It includes active members of ColivingLiguria, residents of Località Chiappella, and official friends/supporters of the project. Members of this circle enjoy free or subsidized access to events and priority bookings.
What does 'Food Limited to Raw Materials' mean?
It means the Company provides a selection of long-life bulk goods (like pasta, rice, flour) for free, subject to availability. You are responsible for cooking and for buying your own fresh products like meat or dairy.
Can I pick fruits and vegetables from the garden?
Yes, you have access to seasonal resources for immediate personal self-consumption. Please avoid waste and do not damage the plants during harvesting.
What happens if I take someone else's food from the fridge?
Unauthorized taking of food is considered theft. You will be charged a penalty of 3 times the commercial value of the item, and it may lead to contract termination. Testimony from a staff member is sufficient proof of the violation.
Can I share food with a simple verbal agreement?
Yes. While most contract rules require written consent, sharing food is an exception: oral permission from the owner ('you can take my milk') is fully valid and prevents any penalties.
Is the list of activities (like Yoga or Language courses) guaranteed?
No. Supplementary activities are optional and dynamic. Their availability can change based on the organization, staff availability, or financial reasons. Changes are notified via the procedures in Allegato R.
Can I still use the common spaces and services after my contract ends?
No. All rights to access infrastructures and services cease immediately upon termination. Exceptions are only made for individuals explicitly listed as 'Alumni' or invited guests by the Management.
