Acquisition horizon

The public name for the residential portion of the compound linked to buildings 502, 742, and 747. It is not yet acquired. The earliest possible operational target is September 2026, conditional on the transaction, checks, financing, and works.
A further Valle Bormida building is being studied for inspection and possible future management. Property, authorising party, powers, model, and agreement remain unverified.
Casa del Pero publication is limited to proportionate project information. AU-RI-001 permits commercial use of collected materials, while signatures, personal data, negotiation documents, and private files remain excluded.
Land, gardens & working landscape
Gardens, woods, water, access paths, cultivation areas, and future land acquisitions form a distinct portfolio. The ten-hectare vision is a horizon, not a statement of current ownership.
