FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does Attachment R authorise movable assets or act as a whitelist?

No. Attachment R governs the document registry, amendments, and notices. Asset identity and status belong to the Tool Register, while every individual permission belongs to Attachment M and the applicable Tool1. A catalogue entry, search filter, or record in Attachment R never authorises use.

Does Att. R assign a room or guarantee a stay?

No. Cadastral and area references identify Company assets for inventory, safety, maintenance, and access control. Any separate title concerning real-estate availability must be handled under its own applicable form, registration, and compliance rules.

How do I know whether I may use a specific tool?

The exact physical asset must have a unique Tool Register code and its own effective Tool1 under Attachment M. This applies to every item, including simple hand tools. Where no separate manufacturer manual exists, Tool1 must record that fact with reasons and still state identity, condition, available instructions, foreseeable risks, safeguards, handover, and return. A catalogue, category, kit, request, or physical availability does not authorise use.

Which attachments are protected from unilateral amendment?

The Base Agreement and the protected terms in Atts. B, F, G, M, R, and T require the written agreement provided by the applicable procedure. Dynamic registry data may still be updated where they merely record operational facts and do not amend protected rights or duties.

Can the Company update regulatory attachments?

Yes, within the categories, justified reasons, notice periods, and limits stated in Att. R. A change may not cure a prohibited term, replace express consent where required, or waive mandatory rights. Substantial changes preserve the withdrawal remedy described in Att. R.

Does silence always amount to acceptance?

No. Silence does not accept a Protected Amendment, replace required express consent, cure an unlawful change, or waive mandatory rights. A purely factual correction may be recorded without acceptance only where it changes no rights, duties, costs, remedies, or basis of the relationship.

Can an e-mail or WhatsApp message amend the contract?

Not where written form or a specific amendment procedure is required, unless a valid confirmation follows. Informal messages may nonetheless be authorized operational notices, statements, evidence, or interpretative elements; they are not generally treated as nonexistent.

What is the Blacklist Register?

It is a confidential internal record used to document proportionate decisions to refuse, suspend, or limit access and future relationships for safety, abuse prevention, asset or data protection, and legal defence. It is not public, does not declare criminal guilt, and creates no penalty by itself.

Can the Company impose an urgent provisional block?

Yes. Where safety or security requires it, the Company may immediately block access, credentials, or new admissions. It must confirm, narrow, or revoke the measure within 10 business days on the available evidence and use Term2 for a confirmed registration.

Can staff testimony support a decision without photographs?

Yes. Direct testimony may be sufficient when it is detailed and recorded with author, date, place, perceived fact, and contractual basis. It is not contractually made irrefutable, and the recipient may submit observations and contrary evidence.

When is an ordinary e-mail notice effective?

Where the address has been elected for contractual notices and arrival can be proven. A certified-mail receipt, return receipt, recipient reply, complete delivery receipt, or technical log showing arrival may constitute evidence. A dispatch log alone or the absence of a bounce does not automatically prove delivery.

How can a Blacklist entry be challenged or reviewed?

The recipient may send observations, documents, and requests for correction, restriction, or revocation to the Company's certified e-mail address. The Company records the review through BLR1, communicates a reasoned outcome, performs at least annual review, and applies the privacy and retention limits in Att. R.

How do I check which current documents apply to my agreement?

Use the Current Document Registry in Att. R together with the attachment index and signature sheet of the individual package. The stable letter or code identifies the document type; internal revision history is not displayed in the document intended for execution. A later amendment affects an existing relationship only where the applicable amendment procedure and any required consent have been respected.

What does the entire-agreement clause do?

For the same subject matter, the executed Base Agreement, included Attachments, and valid later addenda supersede inconsistent earlier drafts or understandings. The clause does not erase historical facts, relevant evidence, separate valid relationships, pre-contractual liability, fraud, mistake, duress, information-law breaches, or mandatory rights. Later amendments still require the form, consent, and procedure stated in Attachment R.

Signing workflow

Review the complete agreement.

An attachment is not signed in isolation. Before signing, review the principal agreement, every applicable attachment, and the signatory sheet.
