Who is the 'Company' mentioned in the documents?
The 'Company' (or Società) refers to ColivingLiguria S.r.l., the entity that manages the facilities, projects, and agreements.
What is the 'Reference Agreement' (Accordo di Riferimento)?
It is the main contract you signed (e.g., ConM for Membership or ConR for Residents). All other attachments (Allegati) are part of this main agreement and are legally binding.
Who is the 'Signatory' (Firmatario)?
The Signatory is the person who signs the agreement with the Company. In the documents, 'you' or 'your' refers to the Signatory.
What does 'PEC' stand for?
PEC (Posta Elettronica Certificata) is a certified email system used in Italy. It has the same legal value as a registered letter. All official communications between you and the Company must be sent via PEC to colivingliguria@pec.it.
What is a 'Grave Breach' (Fatto di Grave Inadempimento)?
It is a serious violation of the contract or its rules (like missing payments, property damage, or safety breaches) that allows the Company to terminate the agreement immediately.
Is the 'Guarantee Fund' a security deposit?
Yes. It is the money you deposit as a guarantee for your obligations. Its management is strictly regulated by Allegato F (Financial Management).
What are 'Attachments' (Allegati)?
They are documents (identified by letters like All. A, All. C, etc.) that define specific rules and conditions. They are integral and indissoluble parts of your main contract.
Who is the 'Administrator'?
The Administrator is the Director or legal representative of ColivingLiguria S.r.l. who oversees the management of the project and the community.
What is the 'Community'?
The Community refers to the group of residents, collaborators, and staff members living or working within the ColivingLiguria project.
