The project studies whether these elements can be explained and coordinated more clearly while preserving the independence of every provider and public authority.
The value is clarity, real teaching, small groups, and documented execution—not influence over a visa decision.

Organisation
ColivingLiguria may coordinate the programme, orient people to official sources, and organise factual checklists or accommodation only within approved contracts and real capacity.
Public decision
The applicant is responsible for a truthful file. The competent diplomatic-consular authority alone assesses the application and may request different or additional evidence.
Fit boundary
Premium means substantial, not guaranteed.
Designed for
Adults with a genuine Italian-study goal, a substantial time commitment, a profile coherent with the future course, and independent resources for the programme and all external requirements.
Not designed for
Anyone seeking a guaranteed visa, a document-only enrolment, an automatic invitation or room, legal representation, a low-cost shortcut, work placement, or a way to bypass official requirements.

Student
Chooses a real learning objective, gives truthful information, verifies official requirements, submits the application personally, and funds every required cost.
Teaching provider
Defines and delivers the real course, verifies entry level, records attendance and assessment, and issues only documents supported by facts.
ColivingLiguria
May coordinate contracted services and factual organisation. It does not provide individual immigration advice, represent the applicant, or certify public eligibility.
Competent authority
Determines the category, checklist, admissibility, appointment, evidence, processing and decision independently. No private party can bind it.

Every amount is a non-purchasable target. Final tax, suppliers, cancellation, withdrawal and refund terms remain activation gates.
Remote foundation

Residential programme

Any study-visa use would require the future provider and competent office to verify the current higher-level, full-time, fixed-duration conditions. External costs remain separate.

01Is the programme active?
No. It is a documented research and preparation project. There is no checkout, booking, deposit, course start, room allocation, or commercial creator campaign.
02Why separate the three layers?
Because teaching, accommodation and practical organisation, and a public visa decision have different owners, evidence, contracts, and risks. Combining them into one promise would be inaccurate.
03Does the project make a visa easier?
No. It does not change legal requirements, processing, probability, or the authority’s independence. Its purpose is genuine language study and clearer factual organisation.
04Why are prices already visible?
They are transparent research targets used to test whether the model is understandable and sustainable. They are not an offer until suppliers, tax, consumer terms, refunds, and activation are approved.
05Will the internal reports be published?
No. This website contains reviewed public explanations. The dossier PDFs remain in the controlled internal document workflow unless a future document-specific approval changes that boundary.
