FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does ConT automatically make the Tutor self-employed?

No. Classification depends on the facts and applicable law. ConT may be used for a genuinely autonomous relationship only after the framework is verified; if performance becomes personal, continuous and organised by the Company, the relationship must be reassessed and regularised.

Does signing the blank template authorise activities to begin?

No. A blank or review template is not executable. Activities may begin only after the Assignment Sheet is completed, legal and tax classification is verified, applicable attachments are completed, the cumulative variable check passes and required safety and insurance conditions are confirmed.

Does ConT grant a room or a right to stay?

No. ConT is not a lease, a real-estate loan for use or an accommodation contract. It may grant only specific, revocable operational access. Any residential availability requires a separate instrument subject to its own form and registration rules.

May the Company freely assign tasks and working hours?

No. Scope, result, exclusions and coordination must be stated in the Assignment Sheet. Material changes require written agreement. Safety rules, deadlines and acceptance criteria delimit the project but do not permit methods incompatible with the selected legal framework.

How is any consideration determined?

Exclusively through the Assignment Sheet and Attachments F and J. Variable consideration must state the calculation basis, period, deductible costs, documents, due dates and tax treatment. Isolated percentages are not a promise of payment and grant no corporate rights.

Must the Tutor always pay a deposit?

No. A deposit may be activated only where identified property, keys, devices or equipment are entrusted. A zero amount means nothing is due. Every retention must be specific, documented, open to challenge and governed by Attachment F; there is no automatic forfeiture.

Who owns work created for the project?

ConT causes no automatic assignment. Attachment G distinguishes pre-existing materials, creative contributions, software and data. A licence or assignment operates only for an identified, formally accepted contribution, within the scope stated in the Confirmation of Acceptance and subject to non-disposable rights.

Which attachments are always included?

ConT is available only for on-site activity and always retains Attachments C, D, F, G, H, J, L, M, R, T and W, without requiring a separate ConM. Attachment V remains an optional vocabulary module and is not a visa module. Attachment L cannot grant a real-estate title under ConT.

What happens if required insurance is missing?

The specific activity remains suspended until insurance is verified or regularised. The absence does not automatically void the entire agreement and does not exempt the Company or the Signatory from safety duties allocated to them by law according to the facts.

How may ConT end?

Attachment T governs expiry, withdrawal and termination. The Signatory may withdraw freely; the Company has ordinary withdrawal through Term1 on seven days' notice for operational permissions, subject to any longer reasonable period required by law for a continuous service. Urgency, just cause and serious breach follow Term2.
