The houses, services, offers, and booking path are still evolving. We show that reality clearly: the stone, the work, the constraints, and the progress.
A growing community
From two houses to a living rural network.
Casa del Forno and Casa del Noce form the current base. Casa del Pero, the cooperative house, and other properties that cannot yet be presented publicly belong to the next horizon, each with a different level of certainty.
The €520k+ figure is a portfolio of budgets: approved programmes plus applications in preparation and conditional scenarios. It is not cash received and it is not a single awarded grant.

Connectivity: actual status
Current Wi‑Fi is still limited. Fibre connectivity up to 2.5 Gbps is planned, but it is not presented as active until installation and testing are complete.

Ville Chiappella is in the Ligurian hinterland near Cairo Montenotte. Access, transport, and journey times are part of the experience and should be understood before arrival.
