Competent authorities

A prudential map of the public bodies and procedures that may become relevant. Competence depends on the final configuration, site, height, duration, light profile, and operating context.

Competence map

Ask the right office for the right decision.

This is a routing map, not a finding that every body listed is competent in every case. ENAC is asked to clarify the aviation perimeter first; the remaining checks are opened only against a defined configuration and site.

Airspace and navigation

ENAC is the first authority asked to identify classification and procedure. ENAV/ATS bodies, airport or heliport operators, and obstacle offices are involved only where the final site and operating profile make them competent.

Territory and outdoor light

The municipality, its technical or SUAP functions, and the Region may become relevant for temporary installations, local constraints, outdoor-light rules, land use, and site-specific environmental checks. The exact channel must be confirmed before each deployment.

Workplace and emergency safety

Construction-site, event, laboratory, electrical, fire-prevention, and emergency duties depend on configuration and context. Aviation classification does not replace the competent workplace, prevention, or emergency procedures.

Product and market access

Electrical, radio, machinery, materials, consumer, and environmental requirements must be screened against the final configuration and supply model. The Library does not claim a CE route or competent conformity body before that perimeter is documented.

Evidence rule

Contacts become public only with a verifiable outcome.

A future communication page may publish authority, subject, filing date, protocol status, public response, and resulting action only after the underlying evidence exists and has passed privacy and publication review. Certified-email receipts and signed originals remain protected unless a specific publication copy is approved.
