The compliance work separates official sources, the provisional legal reading, authority questions, operational stop rules, and evidence that does not yet exist.
Current status
One report, not an official version yet.
The working report becomes version 1 only when the authorised digital signature is applied. Its later filing is recorded separately and only against verifiable delivery evidence. Until signature, the public pages describe the research and question register; they do not simulate a filing, protocol number, response, clearance, or authorisation.
