Current status
A prepared request, three residual points.
The request is prepared for digital signature and PEC dispatch. Signature, dispatch, delivery, protocol and reply remain distinct, recorded against actual evidence. This public section explains the known legal framework, the outstanding conditions and the three residual questions; it does not claim a filing or authorisation.

The absence of an ENAC reply is not itself a blanket ban on every outdoor activity. Apply the published airspace rules and complete the actual site, lighting and safety checks. Operations above gatherings require a separate assessment; the internal core below 250 g does not establish that they are allowed.
