We turn building surveys into a connected basis for renovation. Specialist AI agents help reconstruct the existing building and develop the proposal, reducing repeated drawing, counting and coordination work.
Measurements and documents retain their provenance. Observations, interpretations and uncertainty stay distinct.
01 / Explore the work
Start with the surveyed village. Then enter the Casa del Noce design study. Both views come from our working IFC models, with separate existing and proposed states.
Explore the current reconstruction of the surveyed Chiappella area: homes, outbuildings, ground and connections. Isolate a building, hide coverings or cut horizontally to read its spaces.
Explore the case in depthCurrent work in progress · Each published view identifies its source revision. Survey coverage and reconstruction are still being checked; unobserved details and hidden structures remain unresolved. This is a public geometry derivative, not the editable IFC or the complete technical dossier. Material textures are illustrative; uncertain materials retain a neutral finish.
Authorised interiors are included. Third-party private interiors and unresolved interior ownership are excluded from the downloadable geometry. Exterior envelopes remain separate.
Why work this way
The opportunity is to reduce the work between a survey, a model and a buildable proposal. Select a change to see where time and cost can be saved.
From scan to BIM
Separate drawings and notes need to be reconciled each time a measurement changes.
The wall, its openings and the related views share one geometric reference. The correction can be checked once, then carried into the next deliverables.
Less repeated reconstruction
AI assists the interpretation; measured dimensions, continuity and uncertain areas still need review.
Actual savings depend on source quality, building complexity, required detail and review. We define the scope with you and compare effort and deliverables for that scope; no universal percentage is promised.
01 / From evidence to choices
The observed building keeps its history. Design alternatives change what we propose, with their own assumptions and reviews.
Walls, openings, levels, ground and observed supports. Every gap in the evidence stays visible.
Editable spaces, coordinated structures and services. Each alternative has its own geometry, quantities and costs.
Reviewing a proposal does not adopt it. A public view follows a separate authorised release.
02 / The full picture
Four entry points into the method. Open each area for technical detail; scope and technical detail are agreed for each project.
Read the building, with its irregularities and unknowns.
Point clouds, photographs, historical drawings and field measurements inform continuous walls, openings and rooms. Unobserved portions remain explicit.
Survey coverage includes the building perimeter, ground contact, thresholds and interior levels. A visible floor surface does not prove its thickness, hidden foundations or structural capacity.
Native IFC identities, properties and semantic relationships connect spaces, materials, source evidence and specialist findings. Measured facts and attributed observations retain their different evidence types.
Explore alternatives without losing their dependencies.
Partitions, floor levels and roof geometry follow explicit parameters and dependencies in native IFC. An ordinary local edit regenerates the affected elements; a display mesh alone does not establish editability.
When commissioned, alternatives preserve their own geometry, scope, quantities and budgets. Comparing or selecting an alternative for review does not adopt it; missing calculations and costs remain unresolved.
Materials, foundations, walls, frames, floors, roofs and their connections require evidence and competent assessment. Planning constraints and specialist conclusions must be checked again when the design changes.
Connect technical systems to how a place is lived in.
Heating, water, electrical systems, photovoltaics, automation and sensing interact with the spaces and structure. Device and data requirements retain their privacy and security checks.
Interiors, light, acoustics, accessibility, health, durability and maintenance belong to the same project. Fire and emergency requirements retain their specific professional and regulatory review.
Site context includes vegetation, geology, water, rainfall and environmental risks within the commissioned scope. A territorial study does not automatically expand a building-only design.
Make decisions, quantities and deliverables inspectable.
Takeoffs and cost scenarios belong to identifiable elements and a specific design revision. Alternative projects are compared separately, with retained materials, new purchases and missing estimates distinguished.
Independent geometry checks, specialist findings and legal questions return to their responsible owners. The review identifies what has been checked and what still needs a decision.
Drawings, technical dossiers, visual appearance, renders and interactive views have different purposes. Public models use only authorised geometry with private content excluded, and retain clear revision and source-state labels.

Turn measured points into identifiable building elements useful for the design.
Recover useful spatial information from old drawings while preserving their limits.
Produce a coherent current-state plan from accepted measurements and source drawings.
Complete and verify the existing geometry needed for the commissioned design and documentation.
Document gardens, courtyards, paths and road frontage within the commissioned survey.
Connect measured building geometry to a documented spatial frame and relevant territorial evidence.
Business / Funding advisory
Evidence, quantities, design alternatives and cost scenarios support building and energy investment planning. Business connects the technical work to the funding strategy and application dossier.
