Today’s perimeter
We often call it “volunteering”. Legally, the current route is different.
The expression of interest concerns a personal, self-directed project within community life. There is no obligation to take part in any proposed activity. The M framework governs membership, conduct, movable assets, and any authorised hobby activities: it does not create volunteering, employment, or an internship.
Your own project
You choose purpose, pace, and method. ColivingLiguria assigns no tasks, shifts, required results, direction, or coordination.
No work-for-accommodation exchange
Any accommodation requires a distinct lawful basis. It is not payment in kind, and the M framework alone grants neither a room nor a right to stay.
Facts prevail over labels
An organised, directed, paid activity or one performed in the Company’s productive interest must stop and be governed through the appropriate lawful instrument.

Adult-only, self-directed, low-risk, reversible, and authorised initiatives. No structural or systems work and no tools outside the documented permissions.

Cooking and community life
Preparing a dinner, proposing a pizza day, or spontaneously caring for a shared space can be part of one’s experience, never a required shift.

A participant may independently propose and create a gathering, workshop, or shared moment, with no duty to organise activities for the Company.
Content and portfolio
Photography, video, writing, translation, and storytelling can form a personal creative project. Any project use requires clear acceptance and rights.

Choose this route in the private area and complete the protected intake before discussing a stay.

Only after submitting the intake, use the protected follow-up or the indicated WhatsApp contact to request a conversation.
The form comes before the message.
The private area collects the context needed and indicates the appropriate follow-up. The WhatsApp contact does not guarantee a call, acceptance, or a stay; do not send personal documents in chat.
Written framework
The page informs; the signed document governs.
The current M framework governs membership, conduct, movable assets, and expressly authorised hobby activities. It creates no employment, internship, professional collaboration, legal volunteering, accommodation title, tasks, hours, required results, direction, or coordination. The signed package and actual facts always prevail over this summary.
Today and later
The future ETS programme is not active yet.
ColivingLiguria S.r.l. is not a Third Sector Entity. A genuine volunteering programme may be presented only after a separate non-profit entity has been established and become operational, with the applicable legal, insurance, organisational, and documentary framework verified.
