The Tutor route

Define the assignment first. Verify the relationship next. Only then may activity begin.

This page presents a professional proposal route, not an engagement already awarded. ConT becomes operative only in the version completed for the specific case, together with the Assignment Sheet, legal and tax classification, economic terms, and the attachments that actually apply.

01

Assignment Sheet

Scope, result, exclusions, timing, acceptance criteria, coordination, and contact person must be stated in writing. A generic proposal authorises neither activity nor access.

02

Facts-based classification

The Tutor title does not by itself determine self-employment, employment, or another status. Actual performance, continuity, organisation, consideration, and mandatory law determine the applicable framework.

03

Safeguards and selective access

Data, systems, property, safety, insurance, intellectual property, and operational permissions are governed only by activated attachments. ConT grants no room, right to stay, or general authority to represent the Company.

How it works

Three steps, without implied promises.

  1. 01

Review the public ConT framework and decide whether your proposal has a defined scope and result.

  2. 02

Use the Business or project route in the private area to describe the expertise, project, exclusions, timing, and support needed.

  3. 03

Begin only after the Assignment Sheet, classification, economic terms, applicable attachments, and safety conditions are complete.
