05 · Tutor or project support

Bring your learning programme here.

Prepare an independent tutoring or training proposal, choose the support modules you may need, and build a reviewable ConT case file before any activity starts.

Before you apply

Understand what we offer — and what is not available yet.

Modular space, equipment, marketing, and coordination planning

A non-binding share estimate based on the selected configuration

Safeguarding and capacity reviewed before programmes involving minors

What we can provide

A modular catalogue, not an active package.

Registration and project preparation are open. Spaces for activities with children are not yet available: demand recorded in the portal helps us decide which areas to make compliant first.

Available for proposal preparation

Documents and scope

We provide the ConT template, the Assignment Sheet structure, and applicable forms to be completed for the specific case. They are not legal advice and do not authorise activity by themselves.

Planned · not yet available

Operational spaces

The project plans spaces for lessons, workshops, and small groups. The properties are not yet ready or approved for activities involving minors: dates, capacity, and the area are confirmed only in writing.

Optional and conditional

Equipment and materials

Tools, equipment, or materials may enter the configuration only after inventory, programme-fit, authorisation, instructions, and safety checks.

Configured case by case

Marketing and participant outreach

The tutor may bring their own group or request promotional and participant-outreach support. No channel guarantees enrolments, child numbers, or revenue.

Only after feasibility review

Programme organisation

We can assess scheduling, access, setup, coordination, and ancillary services. Every requested item increases resources, costs, and the economic share to configure.

No tax or professional advice

Administrative orientation

We collect the necessary information and organise the case file. VAT position, invoicing, collection, and compliance remain with the competent party unless a separate lawful written mandate is agreed.

What we do not provide

No shortcuts around responsibility.

The tutor retains professional and educational responsibility consistent with the actual framework. ColivingLiguria does not automatically become an employer, training body, custodian of minors, or payment intermediary.

  • no immediate child-ready premises and no guaranteed date;
  • no guaranteed number of participants, clients, or revenue;
  • no individual legal, tax, social-security, or insurance advice;
  • no fixed salary and no automatic classification of the relationship;
  • no invoicing or collection on the tutor’s behalf without a separately verified arrangement;
  • no custody of children by the Company merely because a space is made available.

Indicative economic model

The share follows services and assumed risk.

In the private area, the tutor selects services, season, group size, duration, and programme maturity. The system returns an initial non-binding estimate; only the completed Assignment Sheet and Attachments F and J establish the calculation basis, costs, shares, invoicing, and payments.

Space only25–30%

Reference ColivingLiguria share

An initial order of magnitude when the tutor brings the programme, participants, materials, and management. It changes with space, season, duration, capacity, and verified costs.

Extended supportup to about 70%

When the Company provides almost everything

This is a planning threshold, not an offer: with space, equipment, marketing, participant outreach, and extended coordination, the tutor share may be around 30%.

Larger projects may reduce the relative percentage; high season, greater resource use, and mature programmes may increase it. No isolated percentage is a promise of payment.

Programmes involving minors

Safeguarding first. Space second.

The initial application does not collect children’s names or documents. It asks instead for age range, planned capacity, adult-to-child ratio, qualifications, cover, emergency plan, and activity risks. The website does not calculate legal capacity: it must be verified against the programme, premises, and actual authorisations.

Several tutors

A programme may be proposed by two or more tutors, but roles, shifts, responsibilities, shares, and cover must be allocated individually. Shared liability is not presumed.

Applicable attachments

Attachment B governs safeguards for minors. Attachments F and J govern economic terms and objections; H, C, M, and other modules activate only where verified facts require them.

Expression of interest

Plan now. Activity starts only when it is ready.

Register, describe the programme, select the services requested, and complete the preliminary review. The application does not allocate space, accept the project, or replace the completed and signed ConT.

How it works

Three steps, without implied promises.

  1. 01

    Read the public ConT framework and define the learning programme, audience, method, and expected result.

  2. 02

    Select Tutor in the private area, choose the support modules, and complete the safety and economic planning sections.

  3. 03

    Start only after individual review, the completed Assignment Sheet, applicable attachments, authorisations, and signed agreement.
