Insp1 is the ColivingLiguria form through which a property owner or authorised representative allows property access, technical inspection and document/material use for a non-binding property assessment.
No. Insp1 only authorises access, inspection and assessment activities. Purchase, management, lease, mandate or other binding arrangements require separate written documents.
Yes. Set Insp_AuthorizingSubjectType to PG. Sig_ variables identify the human signer; Insp_AuthorizingPartyName, Insp_AuthorizingPartyTaxId, Insp_AuthorizingPartyAddress and Insp_SignatoryCapacity identify the represented owner/entity and the signer's powers.
Every Insp form includes a declaration under Art. 47 D.P.R. 445/2000. The signer confirms that the ownership or other title and powers stated above are truthful, current, effective and cover every listed property and cadastral identifier, while disclosing any co-ownership, limitation, delegation, power of attorney, restriction or required third-party consent. The declaration does not replace documentary checks.
Yes. Insp1 expressly allows ColivingLiguria to involve internal and external appointees, including technicians, consultants, photographers, suppliers, contractors and other appointed professionals.
Yes, within the rights that the signatory can lawfully grant and with privacy safeguards. Personal documents, faces, plates, private belongings and unnecessary identifiers must be avoided, masked or separately authorised before publication.
Use Insp_SignatureMode. Set it to AUTOGRAFA for print-and-sign, or DIGITALE when the PDF will be signed digitally.
The authorisation has a minimum term of six months and no automatic expiry. Once that period has elapsed, the owner or authorising party may revoke it for future activities by certified email to colivingliguria@pec.it; revocation takes effect on the third working day after receipt. Mandatory data-protection rights and justified safety restrictions on a specific access remain unaffected.
Yes. The signatory undertakes not to disclose information on negotiations, evaluations or relations with ColivingLiguria for 24 months after revocation. This confidentiality obligation does not apply to ColivingLiguria.
ColivingLiguria is not liable for accidental damage during access except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. The competent court is Savona, except where the mandatory consumer forum applies under D.Lgs. 206/2005.
