Frequently asked questions
Can I move my tent or van to a different spot if I find a better one?
No. You are only authorized to stay in the specific pitch or area assigned to you in your contract. Moving to a different spot without a new written agreement is treated as 'unauthorized camping' and trespassing on private land.
If my contract says 'See Att. K', can I still sleep in the main house?
No. If your agreement refers to Allegato K as an alternative to a room, you have NO rights to use any indoor bedrooms or covered spaces. Your stay is strictly limited to the assigned outdoor area.
Can I light a campfire next to my tent?
Absolutely not. Lighting unauthorized fires on the ground is strictly forbidden and is considered a 'Grave Breach'. It results in immediate contract termination and potential legal action for environmental risk.
What happens if I camp on the property without a signed Allegato K?
This is illegal. Without a signed Allegato K, sleeping in a tent, van, or car on Company land is considered unauthorized camping and trespassing. The Company will immediately report the situation to the local Police.
Are there different levels of camping equipment provided?
Yes. There are three levels: 'Unequipped' (you bring everything), 'Partially Equipped' (includes power and water access), and 'Fully Equipped' (the Company provides a pre-pitched tent and sleeping system).
What is the maximum duration of my stay in the camping area?
Your stay is strictly limited to the start and end dates specified in your Reference Agreement. There is no automatic renewal, and staying beyond the end date without a new contract is considered illegal occupation.
Where should I dispose of my waste while camping?
You must strictly follow the waste management rules in Allegato C. Abandoning trash, food scraps, or chemicals in the woods or outdoor areas is a 'Grave Breach' and will result in heavy penalties and immediate termination.
Can I use the indoor showers and bathrooms?
Only if the 'Facilities Access' option is explicitly enabled in your configuration. If it is not enabled, you are not authorized to enter the buildings to use the bathrooms, and you must use external or authorized alternatives.
Can I bring my pet to the camping area?
Only if Allegato A is part of your agreement and the specific pitch assigned to you is marked as 'Pet-Friendly'. All pet rules (leash, hygiene, noise) must be followed as in any other area of the property.
What does 'Criminal Trespass' (Violazione di Domicilio) mean in this context?
Under Art. 614 of the Italian Penal Code, entering unauthorized buildings or staying on the land after your contract has ended is a criminal offense. The Company may call the police and file a formal complaint in such cases. This FAQ does not request criminal-record certificates or criminal-offence data; any incident-related personal data is handled under Att. D.
