Environmental evidence

ADI

Independent Digital Archive.

A public environmental index making Val Bormida acts, studies, and context readable. The site exposes a curated selection; it does not project internal folders or confuse availability with republication rights.

01 · Method

Source, integrity, category, review.

Every public record must identify author or authority, date, provenance, category, neutral summary, source link, review status, and reuse conditions. The external archive may depend on current Google Drive permissions.

02 · Eight areas

A stable structure for very different sources.

01

Official project acts

Public decrees, notices, approvals, procedural acts, and institutional sources concerning the proposed plant.

02

Technical studies

Environmental reports, emissions material, technical studies, and analyses admitted only after provenance and reuse review.

03

Operators and proposing consortia

Public corporate and consortium evidence. Private outreach, negotiations, and commercial strategy never enter this area.

04

Current acquisitions

New 2026 material held in review until category, integrity, privacy, and publication rights are confirmed.

05

Industrial and contaminated sites

Val Bormida remediation, air quality, planning, environmental assessment, and industrial-site context.

06

Other incinerator case studies

Comparable public cases used to frame questions, never to imply that different sites are technically identical.

07

Historical and cross-cutting archive

Regional energy, waste, territorial, and environmental plans that provide historical context.

08

Other infrastructure and impacts

Evidence concerning other infrastructure where the environmental comparison is documented and relevant.

03 · Editorial responsibility

A managed archive, not an anonymous one.

ADI is organised by Simone Testino for ColivingLiguria. He is an entrepreneur in Chiappella, within Cairo Montenotte, and is completing a master’s pathway in mathematical logic and philosophy at the University of Amsterdam. This identifies the curator; it does not confer reserved professional competence or replace the responsibility of source authors.

Publication boundary

Three layers that never blur.

The existence of an internal file is not permission to publish it. Every public copy enters through an explicit allowlist.

01 · PUBLIC

Public evidence

Approved summaries, official sources, reviewed public copies, provenance, and correction history.

02 · PROTECTED

Protected working material

Drafts, certified correspondence, personal data, internal notes, unreviewed attachments, and restricted third-party material.

03 · SECRET

Company secret

Commercial strategy, proposer collaboration, negotiations, operator outreach, financial positioning, and related intelligence. This material is never requested through the public portal.

04 · Further access

Applying does not mean receiving everything.

A local resident, researcher, or interested person may register in the private area. ColivingLiguria will assess identity, purpose, third-party permissions, privacy, copyright, and confidentiality before granting specific access. Company secrets are outside this route.
