Participation requires readable evidence from identifiable sources and an open correction path.
Disclosed interest
ColivingLiguria operates in Chiappella: environment, landscape, and rural attractiveness may affect its activities. This local interest is disclosed, not hidden.
No party affiliation
The work is not presented as party activity, and ColivingLiguria states that it receives no payment for opposing the project. It does not claim to be untouched by local interests.

03 · What we do not publish
Strategy, negotiations, and people remain protected.
Operator or proposer outreach, consortium hypotheses, financial positioning, people intelligence, certified-mail drafts, personal data, unreviewed files, and every company secret are excluded by policy and automated checks.
Publication boundary
Three layers that never blur.
The existence of an internal file is not permission to publish it. Every public copy enters through an explicit allowlist.
Public evidence
Approved summaries, official sources, reviewed public copies, provenance, and correction history.
Protected working material
Drafts, certified correspondence, personal data, internal notes, unreviewed attachments, and restricted third-party material.
