Library

EC · Civil Engineering library

ECResearch, decide, verify.

The EC library connects renovation desiderata to evidence, technical alternatives, reasoned recommendations, and professional responsibilities.

Public research edition

Method and status are public; the technical file remains controlled.

These pages do not authorise work and do not replace surveys, calculations, filings, works direction, safety coordination, or professional signatures. Internal PDFs become downloadable only after publication review, restricted-data removal, and entry in the controlled manifest.

Four routes

A library, not a download folder.

Each route exposes only curated content and separates generic method from the measurements, decisions, and approvals of each property.

Technical governance

Two document families, one boundary.

EC-M* · Manuals

Reusable methods: criteria, options, controls, tests, records, and gates. They contain no implicit measurements or authorisations for a real property.

EC-P* · Projects

Identifiable applications: surveys, labelled assumptions, calculations, drawings, quantities, filings, signatures, site work, and as-built records for one package.

Public representation

Names and responsibilities are not inferred.

The page uses Simone Testino, consistently with the site's public records. Any description of Samuele Cutaia as a long-term member requires documented confirmation of the current mandate and consent to that specific wording.

EC public representative

Simone Testino

Co-founder and owner-side coordinator: states desiderata, governs internal priorities and decisions, and commissions the relevant professional checks.

Public portfolio
Published external technical partner

Samuele Cutaia

Surveyor and external technical partner for surveys, building files, property valuations, and digital workflows. The wording “long-term member” remains pending the mandate-and-consent gate.
