They guide initial intake, check completeness, and later place authorised evidence into the correct protected organisation perimeter.

Access

Who can enter

Commenda does not register natural persons for personal journeys. Economic operators and organisations follow checks appropriate to their form.

Companies and private entities

Companies, cooperatives, and other private legal entities, subject to corporate and representation checks.

Public bodies

Follow a separate route consistent with authority, procedure, procurement, and accounting coverage.

Nonprofit organisations

Associations, foundations, and Third Sector organisations may present their organisation and proposed project.

Sole traders

They are not legal persons. Any access is as an economic operator and requires verification of the proprietor and the applicable route.

Contracts

Verifiable status

ConMOU is the only current instrument in the document architecture. Its blank registration-only specimens are public; every copy intended for use requires case-specific completion and review. The other agreements are in preparation.
