BusinessRegister owns the future protected relationship with companies, cooperatives, nonprofit organisations, economic operators, and public bodies. Individuals continue to use LivingRegister exclusively for personal journeys.

Two separate registers
Organisation or operator
Companies, public bodies, nonprofits, and sole traders enter the BusinessRegister perimeter through checks appropriate to their form. A request creates no tenant, contract, engagement, or grant eligibility.

An organisation-related application will belong to your LivingRegister account. It does not create a company account, verify the organisation or grant representation powers.
Personal applications in preparation
This route is not available on the website yet. Existing organisation access keeps its own invitations and permissions; its availability does not enable a new application.
