Organisation access

Commenda owns the future protected relationship with companies, cooperatives, nonprofit organisations, economic operators, and public bodies. Individuals continue to use LivingRegister exclusively for personal journeys.

Individual

Stays, internships, personal participation, and every other individual route remain in LivingRegister.

Organisation or operator

Companies, public bodies, nonprofits, and sole traders enter the Commenda perimeter through checks appropriate to their form. A request creates no tenant, contract, engagement, or grant eligibility.

Open intake

Later verification

Entity form, representation powers, contract, and countersignature are checked before protected documents are requested.

02 · Existing access

Organisation workspace

Use only Commenda credentials issued through verified onboarding. A personal LivingRegister account neither registers nor represents a company.

Minimum context first. Company files come later.

This step collects only what is needed to route the request. Do not upload company extracts, accounts, identity documents, credentials, confidential projects, or any other attachments.
