Platform governance

ColivingLiguria defines accreditation, permissions, conflicts, workflow rules, and publication gates for the Commenda platform.

Responsibilities

Operating scope

  • Approve roles, tenant boundaries, and access policies.
  • Record conflicts, exceptions, and material workflow decisions.
  • Separate platform operations from professional responsibility.

Limits

  • Platform governance does not replace a lawyer, accountant, grant authority, or appointed professional.
  • It cannot turn an unreviewed draft into an effective contract.

Handoff

Governance authorises the applicable workflow and assigns only the permissions required by each role.

Data

Access derives from the assignment and tenant, not from the role title. Every exception must be authorised and recorded.
