A VAT number does not turn an individual into a legal entity: the document and admitted pathway matter. A Business application is personal; its privacy notice is not an organisation contract.

Specimen requiring review
ConMOU is the current document in the Business legal architecture. Its blank registration specimens are public, but it is not a click-to-sign contract: the applicable copy must be completed for the specific parties and reviewed before use.
Who it concerns
The B2B specimen covers entities, companies and individual operators with a VAT number. A sole trader remains an individual: representation and the applicable document depend on the case.
How it is used
The PDF shows options broader than the profiles currently admitted to document validation. A sole trader needs an expressly admitted pathway and a verified model. The personal account and Business application are separate; no signing from the public website.
