Task: Winter Party Feasibility Assessment

Important

Assigned to: Natasha Mezheven
Status: Not Started (pending employment start)
Scope: Evaluate feasibility of the Winter Party event

Overview

The Winter Party in ColivingLiguria was initially planned as a community event. However, we are not certain we want to proceed with it.

Before making a final decision, we need a feasibility assessment to understand:

  • Is it logistically possible?
  • Is it financially viable?
  • Do we have the resources to execute it well?

Task Description

Phase 1: Feasibility Study

Natasha should evaluate:

FactorQuestions to Answer
VenueIs the space ready? Heating? Capacity?
BudgetWhat are estimated costs? Can we break even?
TimingIs there enough time to organize properly?
PermitsAny municipal authorizations needed?
StaffingDo we have enough people to run it?
WeatherContingency plans for bad weather?

Phase 2: Go/No-Go Recommendation

Based on the assessment, provide a clear recommendation:

  • GO: Proceed with organization (and provide action plan)
  • NO-GO: Cancel or postpone (and explain why)

Phase 3: Organization (if GO)

If feasibility is confirmed:

  • Develop full event plan
  • Create timeline and checklist
  • Coordinate vendors, supplies, invitations
  • Execute event

Important Note

Warning

This task is exploratory. We are NOT committed to doing the Winter Party. The first priority is understanding IF it makes sense, not assuming it will happen.
