Task: BIM & 3D Modeling with Blender Bonsai

Scope: Master Blender Bonsai for BIM modeling and provide ongoing 3D services

Overview

Natasha already possesses extensive experience with Blender. The focus of this task is to apply that expertise to Blender Bonsai (the open-source BIM add-on) and the IFC format to produce and maintain accurate 3D models of all ColivingLiguria properties.

These models serve multiple purposes across technical, marketing, and resident services.
