The public register identifies candidate assets, states the documented unit price and, where available, links to PDFs supplied by the manufacturer or authorised retailer. Full invoices, protected Drive copies, internal checks, and person-level authorisations remain private.

Using, taking, or operating an asset without a final Tool1 for that exact code is prohibited. A breach may amount to serious contractual non-performance and lead to suspension or termination where the contract so provides; civil or criminal remedies always depend on their statutory elements and are never automatic.
