FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is Term2?

It is the controlled notice for one or more specifically selected and reasoned effects: urgent withdrawal, precautionary suspension, an access ban, express termination and/or Blacklist registration. Using Term2 does not itself select any effect, and Blacklist registration alone does not terminate an existing relationship.

Does the incorporated specimen ban access?

No. The specimen incorporated into Attachment T and the blank review artifact are unpopulated and non-operative. A later Term2 bans access only where that measure is selected and the form is separately completed, digitally signed, and properly received.

When does the EUR 500 penalty apply?

Only where Term2 expressly selects an access ban and, after proven receipt and from its effective time, an autonomous documented episode of intentional physical access breaches the stated scope. The penalty is not daily, does not accumulate with Term1 for the same episode, follows Attachment F and specific Sign1 approval, and remains subject to Art. 1384 of the Italian Civil Code and mandatory law.

Does receipt automatically prove an offence or require a criminal report?

No. It may record contrary will concerning the described access, but Arts. 614 and 633 of the Italian Criminal Code apply only where all statutory elements exist. Classification, liability, and prosecution rules belong to the competent authority; any report or complaint is only reserved where the Company is entitled and acts in good faith.

What must be reviewed first?

Review the full agreement, applicable attachments, facts, evidence, selected effects, affected relationships, scope, start, duration or review date, refund data and procedural safeguards.

How is an operative notice delivered?

Follow the completed notice and governing agreement, using the Company PEC colivingliguria@pec.it where required.

Where is the completed notice stored?

It remains in the protected legal workflow and is never published in this library.
