What is Term1?
It is the standard notice used to document an ordinary, peaceful, consensual or unilateral closure where the applicable agreement permits it, together with equipment return and deposit accounting.
Does the specimen terminate anything?
No. The specimen incorporated into Attachment T and the blank review artifact are unpopulated and non-operative. Only a separately completed, digitally signed, and properly received notice can produce effects already agreed in the contract.
Which access ban and penalty apply after Term1?
After proven receipt and from the effective closure date, the ban is limited to access that depended exclusively on the ended agreement and does not affect a separate real-estate instrument. Each autonomous documented episode of intentional unauthorized physical access may trigger the fixed EUR 200 penalty agreed in Attachment T; it is not daily, follows Attachment F and specific Sign1 approval, and remains subject to Art. 1384 of the Italian Civil Code and mandatory law.
Does receipt automatically prove an offence or require a criminal report?
No. It may record contrary will concerning the described access, but Arts. 614 and 633 of the Italian Criminal Code apply only where all statutory elements exist. Classification, liability, and prosecution rules belong to the competent authority; any report or complaint is only reserved where the Company is entitled and acts in good faith.
Must the whole agreement be reviewed?
Yes. Dates, notice periods, deposits and continuing obligations depend on the complete agreement package.
Which delivery channel applies?
Use the channel required by the agreement and the completed notice, including the Company PEC where specified.
Are personalised notices public?
No. Completed and delivered notices remain in the protected legal archive.
