Yes, a maximum of 5 pets is allowed per individual contract. If you have more than 5 animals, you will need to sign a separate and independent agreement to regulate their presence and ensure safety.
You are 100% responsible for any damage caused by your pet. The cost of repair or replacement will be deducted directly and as a priority from your guarantee deposit (Allegato F).

No. The Company explicitly states that the spaces are NOT 'pet-proof'. You assume all risks for your pet's safety, including risks from stairs, plants, or interactions with other animals. The Company is not liable for injury, escape, or death of your pet.
Between April 1st and October 31st, you are strictly required to use a flea/tick collar or a certified spot-on treatment for your pet. This is mandatory to keep the common areas (carpets, sofas, garden) hygienic for everyone.
Yes. Regardless of behavior or size, the legal requirements for pets (microchip, vaccinations, pet passport where applicable) remain mandatory. Only the necessary details or copies are requested, and any personal data in those documents is handled under Allegato D.
This is a private dispute between you and the injured party. The Company is completely exonerated from any liability and will not act as an intermediary or use your guarantee fund for damages to third parties.
Small animals like rabbits or hamsters are allowed only if they are kept in secure cages or teche within your assigned personal spaces. They are not allowed to roam free in the common areas.
Currently, no, as long as the animal is under your control and doesn't bother others. However, you are responsible for any nuisance or mess. If complaints arise, the Company may implement a mandatory leash policy.
