01Who may apply?
Any adult individual may open the standard marketing-collaboration route. It is not available to minors; any future minor route would require a separately reviewed guardian process. Agencies, companies, associations, and other organisations must use the separate organisation intake. Registration is not approval.
02Are 10,000 followers mandatory?
No. It is an internal commercial-priority criterion for one evaluation path, not a legal status and not an acceptance guarantee. Smaller profiles and community promoters may apply through the evidence-of-channel path.
03Is 10,000 the AGCOM threshold for a relevant influencer?
No. For profiles that fall within AGCOM’s definition—including economic or promotional activity and editorial responsibility—the current operational FAQ identifies a relevant influencer at 500,000 followers or 1,000,000 average monthly views on at least one platform. That regulatory threshold and its specific duties are separate from ColivingLiguria’s 10,000-follower internal review criterion. Smaller profiles still remain subject to applicable advertising, consumer, platform, and other legal rules.
04When is a code generated?
The protected system may issue one stable, opaque code linked to the verified account. It never uses the person’s name. While the programme is inactive, it remains attribution only.
05What happens with the first five results?
After commercial activation, only paid, retained, non-duplicate and verified services may qualify. The first five are not compensated; they test the channel. Preliminary interests, clicks, leads, visa applications, and refunded purchases do not qualify.
06Does the sixth result guarantee payment?
No. Reaching five opens a review only. A future sixth result may be compensated only if a written agreement, tax route, active service, active code, attribution rules, refund window, and approved campaign were already in place.
07Can compensation depend on the visa?
Never. It cannot depend on issuance, refusal, appointment, entry, residence permit, or any other public decision. The only future basis may be an eligible private service under an approved agreement.
08How must promotional content be disclosed?
A paid, commissioned, affiliate, code-based, or other promotional relationship requires an immediate label such as Advertising, ADV, or Sponsored by; a platform tag, link, or only “in collaboration with” is insufficient. An event, hospitality, or service invitation without a promotional contract uses “invited by”; a product gift uses “gifted by”. Put the disclosure at the start of the caption before “more”, in the first video scenes and caption, on every promotional story, and as an overlay repeated during a live.
09May I collect student documents or contacts?
No. Do not collect passports, financial evidence, health data, visa files, or private case histories. Do not operate an independent lead form or ask people to send them in direct messages. Direct people to the protected ColivingLiguria route.
10Can I publish immediately after registering?
No. Registration creates a private application only. Brand use, campaign claims, pricing, calls to action, disclosure, and publication timing require written approval for the specific content.
