YC Co-Founder Matching

Three projects. One conversation.

This is the starting point for people who meet us through Y Combinator's matching platform and want to understand quickly where competence, responsibility, and ambition may align.

Three distinct identities

Choose the problem.

Living, Commenda, and Luna share a company and a common evidence discipline, but they are not one offer. Each project has different users, risks, timing, and competence needs.

What co-founder means

Ownership before title.

A potential co-founder path grows from compatible work, trust, and mutual due diligence. Registering interest grants no equity, corporate role, salary, intellectual-property access, or decision right.

Good signal

You can name a concrete responsibility, the evidence you will produce, and the commitment you can sustain.

Minimum standard

You accept boundaries around data, safety, confidentiality, publication, and professional decisions.

Separate agreement

Any equity, compensation, vesting, governance, or intellectual property requires review and specific written documents.

Path

Read. Choose. Propose.

  1. 01

    Study one project

Open the connected pages and identify a specific problem, not an abstract position.

  2. 02

    Write a proposal

Explain your competence, availability, method, desired ownership, and a verifiable outcome.

  3. 03

    Founder conversation

After initial alignment, a call may follow, without promising a role or access before due diligence.

  4. 04

    Bounded trial

Where appropriate, a limited written contribution is defined before discussing a long-term relationship.

Next step

Bring a concrete thesis.

Use the private area when its backend is available, or send an initial message without confidential documents.
