The owner knowingly grants the permissions described in the Google data practices, protects mailbox access and may revoke the connection. Revocation or an authorisation error may suspend sending and monitoring; the company checks availability before enabling email access. Provider acceptance of a send request alone does not prove delivery.
Google’s terms apply to the Google service used. Registration, applications, organisation access and subsequent relationships follow their respective portal processes and gain no additional authority from the OAuth connection.
