The Living project connects the restoration of Chiappella’s houses with community activities and services. Organisation needs to bring together guest needs, work on site, and sustainable operations.

Preparing a project ahead of an opportunity.
Business connects opportunity analysis, document preparation, and dialogue with authorities and specialists. EUCF and ESA are preparation workstreams: application, award, and available resources have distinct states.
Making work understandable across disciplines.
Registers, documents, and digital tools connect priorities, responsibilities, and deliverables. A reusable process retains its sources and makes clear which stage is ready and which still needs a contribution.

Diplomas, transcripts, correspondence, and personal materials remain in protected channels. Public examples will be selected separately.
