Freezes the exact signature perimeter by listing the principal instrument, applicable attachments and forms, versions, and hashes of the files actually signed.
Contractual acceptance and factual substitute declarations remain distinct even when coordinated on the same signatory sheet.
A placeholder, blank hash, missing P7M, version mismatch, or incomplete document list makes the sheet non-executable and requires regeneration.
FAQ
It is the signature sheet that identifies the final contract package through document codes, file names, and SHA-256 fingerprints. It also separates facts declared under D.P.R. 445/2000 from contractual acceptance and provides a distinct signature for clauses requiring specific approval.
They are digital fingerprints calculated on the final CAdES/P7M files after the Company's signature. They let the parties verify that the referenced files have not changed. A fingerprint calculated on an unsigned PDF is not the final Sign1 fingerprint.
Do not sign that copy. Ask the Company through an official traceable channel for the matching final file or a corrected Sign1. A mismatch proves only that the compared bytes differ; it does not by itself identify the cause or determine the legal effect of another signature.
The first signature executes the listed package and covers the factual declarations. The second signature specifically approves only the clauses clearly listed in the dedicated block under Arts. 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, where those rules apply.
The preferred method is a suitable qualified or digital electronic signature in CAdES/P7M or PAdES format. A handwritten signature may be placed before the recipient; if it is sent remotely for the substitute-declaration part, Art. 38 D.P.R. 445/2000 requires the applicable identity-document copy, transmitted through a protected channel. A pasted image of a signature is not treated as a qualified signature.
PEC receipts provide traceable evidence of sending and delivery for the message and its attachments, subject to retention and verification of the original receipts. PEC does not replace a qualified signature or another mandatory form where one is required.
It is a cryptographic envelope that may contain a CAdES digital signature. Validation can identify the signer's certificate, document integrity, and relevant validation data; representative authority and contractual effect must still be assessed from the applicable records and circumstances. Keep the original P7M file and validation evidence.
No. Sign1 covers only the final files individually identified in its table. An attachment absent from that table is not incorporated merely because it exists elsewhere, and a blank or incomplete table must not be signed.
The relevant date depends on the chosen execution method and applicable law. The signed files, signature validation data, PEC message, and original acceptance and delivery receipts must all be preserved; Sign1 does not turn an unverified typed date into conclusive proof.
The Company verifies identity, signatures, file fingerprints, completeness, and any conditions required by the referenced agreement. No key, physical access, platform credential, stay, or other permission follows automatically from Sign1; each permission requires its own applicable contractual and operational basis.
