This page makes the register state and required controls visible. Numeric charts will activate only after the source is reconciled and the public view is approved.

Status verified 13 July 2026: the historical register is not a publishable source and no value is replaced with an estimate.
Mandatory accounting dimensions
Period, currency, accrual/cash basis, taxable base, tax, gross/net, OPEX/CAPEX, project, and source must be consistent before aggregates are produced.
Approved public snapshot
The site does not query the old transactional database. It will read only an aggregated, reconciled, dated view approved for publication.
Privacy and tax review
Names, bank details, invoices, receipts, counterparties, notes, tax data, and negotiations remain excluded even when a total is published.
Future view
The database will feed an aggregate view, not the accounting file.
Once all four gates are closed, the dashboard may show monthly income and expenditure, OPEX/CAPEX, categories, assets, and grant status, always with entity, period, currency, source, and update date.

Already reviewed acts, statuses, and essential amounts remain on the finance page. This dashboard instead concerns aggregate management accounts and does not pre-empt their results.
