Abstract
Based on our extensive research into Italian immigration law (see our technical notes on Tourist Visa Information and Self-Employment Visa Information), Coliving Liguria is uniquely positioned to assist prospective residents with their visa applications.
While we cannot guarantee visa approval, we offer a specialized consultancy service to maximize your chances of success within the legal framework of our Contract for Residents. This is a paid, premium service separate from standard residency.
Why a Paid Service?
Navigating the complexities of Italian bureaucracy requires significant time, expertise, and personalized attention. As the founder, my time is currently divided between managing the renovation, coordinating the community, and my other professional activities, such as Business Consultancy and Private Teaching, for which my standard rate is already €30/hour net.
To offer this high-level, personalised visa assistance, I must dedicate specific working hours away from these other priorities. Therefore, this service is charged at €40/hour (gross) to cover taxes and administrative costs.
The Service Package
Our consultancy is designed to provide you with a comprehensive assessment and a robust application strategy. The standard service includes:
- Initial Assessment: A detailed review of your personal, professional, and financial situation to determine the most viable visa path (Tourist or Self-Employment).
- Document Preparation: Assistance in gathering and formatting all necessary documents, including a customised, registered Contract for Residents that proves prepaid accommodation and subsistence.
- Application Strategy: Guidance on how to present your case to the Embassy to effectively address the “migration risk” (see Tourist Visa Information).
Pricing and Payment Terms
- Minimum Block: The service requires a minimum initial block of 5 hours, which is typically sufficient for a standard assessment and document preparation for one applicant.
- Standard Price: €40/hour x 5 hours = €200.
- Payment: Full payment of the minimum block must be made in advance before any work begins.
- Additional Hours: If your case is particularly complex and requires more than 5 hours, additional time will be charged at the standard hourly rate, agreed upon in advance.

Sur la base de nos recherches approfondies sur le droit de l’immigration italien (voir nos notes techniques sur Informations sur le Visa Touristique et Informations sur le Visa pour Travail Indépendant), Coliving Liguria est dans une position unique pour aider les futurs résidents dans leurs demandes de visa.
Bien que nous ne puissions garantir l’approbation du visa, nous offrons un service de conseil spécialisé pour maximiser vos chances de succès dans le cadre juridique de notre Contrat de Résidence. Il s’agit d’un service premium payant, distinct de la résidence standard.
Pourquoi un Service Payant ?
Naviguer dans les complexités de la bureaucratie italienne nécessite beaucoup de temps, d’expertise et une attention personnalisée. En tant que fondateur, mon temps est actuellement partagé entre la gestion de la rénovation, la coordination de la communauté et mes autres activités professionnelles, telles que le Conseil aux Entreprises et l’Enseignement Privé, pour lesquelles mon tarif standard est déjà de 30 €/heure net.
Pour offrir cette assistance visa de haut niveau et personnalisée, je dois consacrer des heures de travail spécifiques en dehors de ces autres priorités. Par conséquent, ce service est facturé 40 €/heure (brut) pour couvrir les taxes et les frais administratifs.

Notre conseil est conçu pour vous fournir une évaluation complète et une stratégie de candidature solide. Le service standard comprend :
- Évaluation Initiale : Un examen détaillé de votre situation personnelle, professionnelle et financière afin de déterminer la voie de visa la plus viable (Tourisme ou Travail Indépendant).
- Préparation des Documents : Assistance pour rassembler et formater tous les documents nécessaires, y compris un Contrat de Résidence enregistré et personnalisé qui prouve l’hébergement et la subsistance prépayés.
- Stratégie de Candidature : Conseils sur la manière de présenter votre dossier à l’Ambassade pour répondre efficacement au “risque migratoire” (voir Informations sur le Visa Touristique).
Tarification et Conditions de Paiement
- Bloc Minimum : Le service nécessite un bloc initial minimum de 5 heures, ce qui est généralement suffisant pour une évaluation standard et la préparation des documents pour un demandeur.
- Prix Standard : 40 €/heure x 5 heures = 200 €.
- Paiement : Le paiement intégral du bloc minimum doit être effectué à l’avance avant le début de tout travail.
- Heures Supplémentaires : Si votre dossier est particulièrement complexe et nécessite plus de 5 heures, le temps supplémentaire sera facturé au tarif horaire standard, convenu à l’avance.
