A future sailboat can become a platform for refit, learning, media, and professional collaboration only when ownership, safety, weather, insurance, and written agreements form one accountable operating model.

The archive is extensive; the public promise remains deliberately narrow until a specific vessel and operating perimeter are verified.
Refit as a workshop
Surveying, maintenance, off-grid systems, marine materials, fabrication, and record keeping can form a practical learning programme only after a real candidate vessel is assessed.
Competence before access
Any future use depends on competent people, written responsibilities, insurance, applicable licences, operating limits, and a safety plan—not on an informal invitation.

Connect operations to a verified public marine-weather source and clear stop rules.

Publish access only after the vessel, location, season, and operating procedure are real.

WeatherRegister
No hard-coded sea conditions.
A future operating page will show marine conditions only from an approved public WeatherRegister feed. Until that feed is connected, the site publishes no forecast, safe-to-sail signal, or weather-based permission.

The archive supports comparison, candidate-vessel research, costs, refit planning, and future decisions. Public access will be described only after those decisions are verified.
