ECGround-bearing floors and possible ventilated crawlspaces

A manual limited to the user-declared starting condition—tiles, a few centimetres of cementitious material, and apparently very dry soil—which compares repair without a void, a possible modular ventilated void, and sealing or depressurisation without pre-selecting a system.

Public research edition

Method and status are public; the technical file remains controlled.

These pages do not authorise work and do not replace surveys, calculations, filings, works direction, safety coordination, or professional signatures. Internal PDFs become downloadable only after publication review, restricted-data removal, and entry in the controlled manifest.

Report architecture

Four verifiable main sections.

This public record summarises the structure. The formal bilingual issue contains detailed sources, tables, registers, signatures, and controls.

01

Declared condition, purpose, survey, room classification, and boundaries

02

Regulations, permissions, responsibilities, safety, and release gates

03

Relevant ground-system options, perimeter details, materials, and cost control

04

Controlled sequence, hold points, tests, as-built record, and signatures

Non-negotiable controls

The procedure stops when evidence is insufficient.

  • The declared tiles, cementitious layer, and apparently dry soil remain unmeasured facts to verify through coded survey and openings.
  • A room over a lower space belongs to the structural-floor route; the reported level difference of about 30 cm is only an estimate until measured.
  • The ventilated void is a proposal, not a selected radon solution; height, openings, structure, and airflow are project values, and no alleged 20% allowance is treated as an acquired right.

Public control sources

Primary sources, with applicability to be checked.

The links support the research framework and must be rechecked at project date. They do not replace the appointed professional's regulatory selection.

The LaTeX source and bilingual PDFs remain in the controlled archive. Public download requires editorial approval, privacy review, link verification, and a hash-based manifest.
