Abstract

We are looking for a creative and dynamic person to become one of the faces of our community. This is a unique dual role that combines professional modeling for our in-house photography school with being a key personality on our Social Media channels, offering a unique life and work experience at ColivingLiguria.

ColivingLiguria is a project transforming villas in the Ligurian hinterland into hubs for students, remote workers, and creatives. Our mission is to create a young, international, and collaborative environment. Our homes are hubs of activity, where residents offer courses and events, as seen in our Supplementary Projects page.

The Dual Opportunity

We are looking for someone to collaborate with us on two complementary fronts. This is an immersive experience, so we are looking for someone who wants to move in and live with us.

  1. Photo Model: You will be the primary model for an independent photography school hosted at our facilities, which will be run by our future Photographer (e.g., Photography Course by Chris). You will collaborate directly with the professional photographer and their students.
  2. Face of ColivingLiguria (Social Media): You will be a principal figure on our social media channels, working in close dialogue with our Social Media Manager. Your role is to authentically share the story, lifestyle, and experiences of our community.

Language Requirements

  • English: For the social media part of the role, good English pronunciation is mandatory. Our content is almost exclusively in English, and part of the selection interview with Simone Testino will be in English to assess this.
  • Italian: Italian is a “good plus” for other projects, but not necessary at all. You can learn it for free on-site with our Italian Classes.

Compensation & Business Models

We offer a flexible structure. Your stay will be formalised with a Contract for Residents.

  • Accommodation: We offer free accommodation in a shared room or a private room at a highly reduced rent.

  • Model 1: Core Resident You can take on this role as a key community member in exchange for your accommodation.

  • Model 2: Independent Business / Profit-Sharing You can structure this as your own venture under the Propose a Project framework:

    1. For Modeling: You can operate with your own VAT number (Partita IVA) and create a profit-sharing agreement directly with the Photographer to divide the revenue from the photography school.
    2. For Social Media: This is a separate arrangement. For being a key “face” of the brand, you can receive a portion of the project’s profits, based on an agreement made directly with ColivingLiguria.

  • Free Access: You will have free access to all Supplementary Projects offered at the coliving, such as languages, yoga, meditation, sports (climbing, MTB), and more.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Age: Indicative age is 18-30.
  • Commitment: We are looking for someone for a long-term (18+ months) freelance contract to become a stable, recognisable face of the project. Trial periods are possible.
  • Attitude: You have the right character for co-living: proactive, sociable, and dynamic.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a model or SMM is appreciated, but not necessary.

Si tratta di un doppio ruolo unico che combina la professione di modella per la nostra scuola di fotografia interna con quella di personalità chiave sui nostri canali Social Media, offrendo un’esperienza di vita e lavoro unica a ColivingLiguria.

ColivingLiguria è un progetto che trasforma ville dell’entroterra ligure in hub per studenti, lavoratori da remoto e creativi. La nostra missione è creare un ambiente giovane, internazionale e collaborativo. La Doppia OpportunitĂ 

Stiamo cercando qualcuno che collabori con noi su due fronti complementari. Questa è un’esperienza immersiva, quindi cerchiamo qualcuno che voglia trasferirsi e vivere con noi.

  1. Modella/o Fotografico/a: Sarai il modello principale per una scuola di fotografia indipendente ospitata presso le nostre strutture, che sarĂ  gestita dal nostro futuro Photographer (ad esempio, Photography Course by Chris). Collaborerai direttamente con il fotografo professionista e i suoi studenti.
  2. Volto di ColivingLiguria (Social Media): Sarai una figura di primo piano sui nostri canali social media, lavorando in stretto dialogo con il nostro Social Media Manager. Il tuo ruolo è condividere in modo autentico la storia, lo stile di vita e le esperienze della nostra comunità.

Requisiti Linguistici

  • Inglese: Per la parte del ruolo relativa ai social media, è obbligatoria una buona pronuncia inglese. I nostri contenuti sono quasi esclusivamente in inglese e parte del colloquio di selezione con Simone Testino sarĂ  in inglese per valutarla.
  • Italiano: L’italiano è un “buon plus” per altri progetti, ma non è affatto necessario. Puoi impararlo gratuitamente sul posto con le nostre Italian Classes.

Compenso e Modelli di Business

Offriamo una struttura flessibile. La tua permanenza sarĂ  formalizzata con un Contract for Residents.

  • Alloggio: Offriamo alloggio gratuito in camera condivisa o una camera privata a un affitto fortemente ridotto.

  • Modello 1: Residente Principale Puoi assumere questo ruolo come membro chiave della comunitĂ  in cambio del tuo alloggio.

  • Modello 2: Business Indipendente / Profit-Sharing Puoi strutturare questa come la tua impresa personale secondo il framework Propose a Project:

    1. Per il Modeling: Puoi operare con la tua Partita IVA e creare un accordo di profit-sharing direttamente con il Photographer per dividere i ricavi della scuola di fotografia.
    2. Per i Social Media: Questo è un accordo separato. Per essere un “volto” chiave del brand, puoi ricevere una porzione dei profitti del progetto, sulla base di un accordo stipulato direttamente con ColivingLiguria.

  • Accesso Gratuito: Avrai accesso gratuito a tutti i Supplementary Projects offerti al coliving, come lingue, yoga, meditazione, sport (arrampicata, MTB) e altro.

Il Candidato Ideale

  • EtĂ : L’etĂ  indicativa è 18-30 anni.
  • Impegno: Cerchiamo qualcuno per un contratto freelance a lungo termine (18+ mesi) che diventi un volto stabile e riconoscibile del progetto. Sono possibili periodi di prova.
  • Attitudine: Hai il carattere giusto per il co-living: proattivo, socievole e dinamico.
  • Esperienza: Precedenti esperienze come modello o SMM sono apprezzate, ma non necessarie.
