The personal portal stores individual account, application, and protected upload data in LivingRegister. The Commenda backend is a separate future module for legal entities and organizations; until it is active, entity onboarding is routed through documented calls and controlled operator handling.Il portale persone salva account individuali, candidature e upload protetti in LivingRegister.
