Commenda Entity Portal
Commenda is the route for legal entities and organizations. It is not the personal LivingRegister private area.
Use Commenda for:
- companies, startups, associations, cooperatives, foundations, municipalities, and public bodies;
- suppliers, professional firms, studios, investors, partner organizations, and project teams;
- business work with ColivingLiguria, including contracts, funding, consultancy, partnerships, tenders, and commercial operations.
Boundary
The current website has a working personal backend for individuals at /login and /private. That backend writes to LivingRegister.
Commenda must have a separate backend and data model before it accepts protected entity uploads. Until that backend is active, the website must not send entity records into the personal LivingRegister auth flow and must not pretend that the personal portal is suitable for companies or organizations.
Canonical Attribute Groups
Entity Identity
- legal name;
- trading name, if different;
- legal form;
- VAT ID, tax ID, registration number, and country;
- registered office;
- operating office, if different;
- PEC or certified email where applicable;
- ordinary email;
- phone with country prefix;
- website and public profiles.
People Acting For The Entity
- legal representative;
- operational contact person;
- role/title;
- authority to sign or represent the entity;
- preferred communication language;
- ordinary contact email and phone.
Do not upload personal identity documents through the entity route unless a defined legal purpose exists and the Commenda backend has an explicit protected document channel for it.
Relationship With ColivingLiguria
- entity category: client, supplier, partner, investor, founder, professional firm, public body, grant/funding counterpart, or other;
- Commenda role where relevant: Consilium, Socius, Hunter, Alchemist, Sentinel, or external counterpart;
- requested services;
- project or commercial scope;
- expected timeline;
- billing and payment expectations;
- funding/grant/tender interest;
- confidentiality needs.
Evidence And Attachments
Potential documents, only when there is a defined purpose:
- registry extract or certificate of incorporation;
- VAT/tax certificate;
- power of attorney or mandate;
- representative identity evidence where legally required;
- NDA, draft contract, purchase order, tender document, or funding documentation;
- billing data;
- logo/brand-use authorization.
Privacy Rule
Commenda data is organizational data, but it can still contain personal data about representatives and contacts. It must therefore follow GDPR data-minimisation rules, purpose limitation, restricted access, and retention controls.
Do not mix:
- individual stay/room/volunteer/visa records into Commenda;
- entity registry documents into the personal LivingRegister portal;
- passports, health data, or personal bank evidence into an entity workflow unless a documented legal basis exists.
Website Rule
/login may show both paths on the same page, but only the individual path may use the current LivingRegister forms.
