Why is there no room number or duration in the contract?Perché nel contratto non c'è il numero della stanza o la durata?
This is a deliberate legal choice. To keep the <strong>Membership Agreement (ConM)</strong> free from the €200 mandatory registration tax, it must NOT contain <strong>specific real estate references</strong> such as specific room numbers, bed IDs, or fixed start/end dates. Instead, it grants 'generic access' to community spaces. Specifying these details would reclassify the document as a real estate 'Comodato', triggering bureaucratic costs that we prefer to avoid for our members.Questa è una scelta legale deliberata.
