Scope: Design all physical signs and markers for ColivingLiguria properties
Overview
ColivingLiguria owns multiple properties that require physical signage for legal, safety, and branding purposes. The designer is responsible for designing all these signs to maintain a consistent visual identity across our properties.
Types of Signs Needed
1. Legal/Regulatory Signs ⚠️

- Must comply with Italian signage regulations
- Bilingual where appropriate (IT/EN)

2. Branding Signs 🏠

Requirements:
- Incorporate ColivingLiguria logo and colours
- Rustic/natural aesthetic (wood, stone, or weathered metal look)
- Readable from a distance
3. Property Boundary Markers 🌲
Our forested areas and land properties need boundary markers:

Requirements:
- Durable (years of outdoor exposure)
- Clear ownership indication

Design Guidelines
All physical signage should:
- Use the ColivingLiguria colour palette
- Feature the logo where appropriate
- Be legible at the intended viewing distance
- Be weather-resistant (UV, rain, temperature changes)
- Have a cohesive aesthetic across all sign types
Deliverables
- Design mockups for each sign type
- Print-ready files (PDF, AI, or as required by the manufacturer)
- Specifications document (materials, sizes, mounting recommendations)
- Vendor research (recommended sign manufacturers/printers)
