Overview

ColivingLiguria owns multiple properties that require physical signage for legal, safety, and branding purposes. The designer is responsible for designing all these signs to maintain a consistent visual identity across our properties.


Types of Signs Needed

Design Guidelines

All physical signage should:

  • Use the ColivingLiguria colour palette
  • Feature the logo where appropriate
  • Be legible at the intended viewing distance
  • Be weather-resistant (UV, rain, temperature changes)
  • Have a cohesive aesthetic across all sign types

Deliverables

  1. Design mockups for each sign type
  2. Print-ready files (PDF, AI, or as required by the manufacturer)
  3. Specifications document (materials, sizes, mounting recommendations)
  4. Vendor research (recommended sign manufacturers/printers)
