Our mission here is simple: we want to regenerate rural Italian spaces, build active communities, and give people a place where they can live, work, and collaborate off-grid. But before you pack your bags and apply, I want to share exactly how our project works, what we expect from you, and what rules make our community thrive. We want you to have an amazing experience, but this is a startup, not a free holiday resort.”

“Let’s talk about contribution. Every volunteer commits to contributing 4 to 5 hours a day, Monday through Friday. This is productive, focused contribution. It might be agricultural work, painting, light construction, helping with digital tasks like social media or translation, or assisting with guest operations. We love to relax, explore local villages, and swim in the sea—but that happens after the daily work is done. If you are looking for a place to just sit back, read books all day, and receive free room and board, this is not the right fit for you. We expect everyone to pull their weight and take pride in what we are building together.”

“Parliamo del contributo. Ogni volontario si impegna a contribuire dalle 4 alle 5 ore al giorno, dal lunedì al venerdì. Si tratta di un lavoro produttivo e mirato: agricoltura, pittura, lavori di piccola edilizia, supporto digitale come social media o traduzioni, o gestione degli ospiti. Ci piace rilassarci, esplorare i borghi locali e andare a nuotare al mare, ma questo si fa dopo aver finito il lavoro quotidiano. “Next up: shared spaces. Living in a coliving environment means your actions directly affect everyone else. We have strict house rules, especially regarding cleanliness. The kitchen must be cleaned immediately after every meal—no dirty plates left in the sink. Bathrooms and common areas are shared, so we run a rotating cleaning roster. Respect for quiet hours is also critical. Many of our residents are digital nomads or entrepreneurs working on tight deadlines, so from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, we keep common areas quiet so everyone can rest and recharge.”
