We understand that reliable internet is essential, even in a rustic setting.

• Speed: We provide a stable mixed fiber/copper (FTTC) connection with speeds up to 30 Mbps.
• Coverage: Wi-Fi 6 is available in the main communal areas.
• Reliability: The connection is stable and suitable for remote work, video calls, and streaming.
• Status: Provider selected (Fastweb). Contract signed.

🚿 Amenities & Facilities

Our living conditions are rustic but functional.

• Electricity: Available in communal areas. Private rooms may not have direct electricity initially; we provide a communal charging station for devices.
• Heating: Primary heating is provided by wood stoves. Residents participate in managing the fire.
• Water: Hot water is available.
• Bathrooms: Shared facilities, which may be accessible via exterior stairs.
• Kitchen: A fully functional communal kitchen is available for all residents.
