- For the shared kitchen (35sqm, 15-20 people)
- Prefer models with adjustable power
- Compatible with stainless steel/cast iron cookware
Microwave
- For intensive community use (15-20 residents)
- Capacity: 25-30L minimum
- Prefer models with digital timer and variable power
🧺 Laundry
Washing Machine
- Requirement: 20-35kg capacity, industrial/commercial use
- Preference: Midea with Midea LAN for smart home local control
- Fallback: Commercial non-smart washer + smart plug for monitoring
